1. He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.2. I will say of the LORD, he is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.3. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.4. He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.5. Thou shall not be afraid of the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Psalm 91:1-5 ?? The secret place of the most High, is Christ, without Him, there is no salvation, to the sinner. To be under the shadow, is to be under the protection of Christ, covered in His Righteousness. We can trust Him with our soul, for He is our rescuer, our fortress, that surrounds us, our God of grace, the supplier of blessings, temporal, and spiritual. Christ has delivered for all eternity, from the snare of sin, from Satan, the fowler, and all His temptations. We have been healed from the destructive effects, and consequences, of the disease of sin. A very personal Savior, who covers us, with His Holy presence, which becomes our shield, because, all His promises, are true. There is no fear, or dread, for those in Christ, but boldness, love, and devotion, for who can do what the Lord has done, who can you find, who can redeem your soul? Amen.
