3. If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?
4. The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD'S throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.
5. The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.
6. Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup.
Psalm 11:3-6 ??
If the foundations are destroyed, all things are out of order, in church, and state.
Laws, which are the foundations of government, are disregarded, judgment is perverted.
If God's foundation in Christ, could be overthrown, what could the righteous do?
For there is none Righteous, Pure, Holy, but God.
The promise of Salvation in Christ, is yea, and Amen.
All that is evil thrust itself against Christ, while he was on the cross.
But they did not prevail, Christ, alone is Victorious.
This word wicked, is translated from Hebrew meaning, guilty one, hostile to God. This is the antichrist, and all who follow, for the followers of Christ, have been, forgiven, found, not guilty, covered in the Righteousness, of Christ Jesus.
We rejoice in Christ, we obey His Word, we cannot help, but love the One, who took our place, and saved us from destruction. Amen
