5. And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years.
6. When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole ?
7. The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is trouble, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me.
8. Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.
9. And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath.
John 5:5-9 ??
Here we have a man needing a cure, from before Jesus came to this earth. Yet still Jesus, understood his need.
The man had faith, to be healed, for he waited at the pool, till the waters were stirred, but had no way to enter.
Now, picture us, the Lord says, will you be made whole. Will you receive salvation, we have no excuse, for Christ, has made the way, the debt paid, we have no need of others to help us, Christ, has finished the work.
As the man was made whole, picking up his bed and walking, taking action, on the words, of the Master.
So to all that move towards Christ, as He knocks on the door of one's heart, shall be saved. Amen.
