18. Then said he, Unto what is the kingdom of God like? and whereunto shall I resemble it?19. It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and cast into his garden; and it grew, and waxed a great tree; and the fowls of the air lodged in the branches of it.20. And again he said, Whereunto shall I liken the kingdom of God?21. It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened. Luke 13:18-21 ?? The kingdom of God, is a system of government ruled by God. The mustard seed, represents the Gospel message, first preached by Christ, then by his disciples, starting out, small, yet it has grown into all parts of this earth. Like the yeast in bread, you cannot see how it works, but you can see the results, as the dough rises. The Gospel, and the carriers of the message, have been persecuted, and a great effort has been made to eliminate it. But 2021 years after Christ's death, the Bible, is still the #1 selling book. If you are longing to know God, get into His Word, He will not hide Himself, from you. Amen.
