3. He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
4. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
6. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
Isaiah 53:3-6 ??
Jesus our Savior, became a man, grew and lived as one of us, knowing us, better than we know ourselves.
No person, shall appear before Christ, and be able to say, you do not know what I was going through, you do not know, how bad things were.
It is us, that do not know, what Christ suffered, taking on every sin in the world.
He became our Advocate, the law judged us guilty, Christ, traded places with us, He took the punishment, paid the price, with His own body, and the law, can only say, "You are not guilty, the price of judgment, has been paid.
This is why we can no longer reject Him, for Christ has offered forgiveness, and eternal life, some may scoff, but Jesus will not cast us off, seeing, He has adopted us into His family, this is why He came. Amen.
