1. Save me, O God, by thy name and judge me by thy strength.2. Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth.3. He shall reward evil unto my enemies: cut them off in thy truth.6. I will freely sacrifice unto thee. I will praise thy name, O LORD; for it is good.7. For he hath delivered me out of all trouble: and mine eye hath seen his desire upon my enemies. Psalm 54:1-7 ?? It is God alone, who saves and rescues His creations from destruction, and distress. Our salvation is in Christ, the name above all names, it is to Him we run, our hope is in Him. A living God, unlike an idol made by man, He sees, and hears, and has compassion on our infirmities. Jesus is our help in time of trouble, He is our support, supplying all our needs. Our greatest enemy, Satan, attacks, the body, and the soul, yet the truth is in God's word, He will never leave us, nor forsake us, He by the way of the cross, has defeated the enemy, and won, Victory for us all. Give the sacrifice of praise, to God, thanksgiving in every circumstance, for this is due the Lord. For no sooner, are we delivered from one trouble, than another takes its place, we must continue our fellowship with Christ, till the last enemy, death, and hell, is put under His foot. Amen.
