How can I post pics on WIMKIN with the correct format? I can post on other social media but you say not thr right format, jpeg etc!

Where do I find the steps to verify my account? I went through the process once before, but now I don't see anything on my account to indicate that it is verified since upgrading. And I also cannot find the instructions to go through the process again.
