Raspberry Almond Scones
I used frozen raspberries and they worked great. Fold them in gently with the almond slices. I like to sprinkle a little coarse sugar on the scones before baking.

How did you dry your starter? I froze a small amount of mine. A few weeks ago, but its getting out of hand again. I learned the hard way in August how easy it is to lose your sourdough. Mine is nice and ripe right now. Would love to have some dried just in case.

Have to admit I have neglected my starter. So pulled it out of the fridge, stirred it up, fed it, lets see what happens. 11 12 2020. 9am.
Getting ready to send out more dried sourdough starter. I love that I can dry it and send it out for others to enjoy. Anyone interested?
