The first rooster head study is my interpretation of a photograph. The second rooster was a demo from Marilyn Allis channel. I like the loose marks. You definitely can tell the difference in styles.
One I did today. Not too happy with it and I will be painting it again. I virtually framed it and it looks better, but not great.
I love the loose watercolor effect. Still trying to create loose watercolors.
Thanks...takes a little bit of practice for sure, but eventually it clicks! I enjoy the freedom of expression I get with loose paintings.
