Sleep Without CPAP

This group is for anyone who was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), was prescribed a continuous positive air pressure machine (CPAP) but finds it hard or impossible to sleep while using the CPAP. This could be from feeling claustrophobic or "closed-in." The group shares things that have helped them sleep healthfully without having to use their CPAP.
