This certainly interferes with sleep to one degree or another depending on one's sensitivity to it. For others, these plumes wake people up and prevent them from going back to sleep. Lack of sleep induces inflammation and can lead to many other health issues. Nearly every morning they hit us between 4:30 am and 8:30 am. This morning was very busy with both layering plumes and full-strength plumes. Following are the event profiles for the day so far. Today was an odd day where they initially hit us at 8:53 am, which is later than usual. ~8:53 am - Multi-Component Plume Components (strongest to weakest). - Sedative/Magnesium-Blocker/Beta-Blocker - Cadmium? Blocks magnesium metabolism, may induce arrhythmia (dangerous). - Model Cement/Burnt Plastic - See Microplastics. - Mercury - Always present. - Chalky-Bitter-Pharma - Depletes magnesium, heart issues (dangerous). - Neo-Inflammatory - Inflames the heart, lungs, and head. Intensity Delta: Medium-Fast Peak Intensity: 8.5 ~10:31 am - Multi-Component Plume Components (strongest to weakest). - Sedative/Magnesium-Blocker/Beta-Blocker - Cadmium? Blocks magnesium metabolism, may induce arrhythmia (dangerous). - Model Cement/Burnt Plastic - See Microplastics. - Mercury - Always present. - Chalky-Bitter-Pharma - Depletes magnesium, heart issues (dangerous). - Neo-Inflammatory - Inflames the heart, lungs, and head. Intensity Delta: Medium-Fast Peak Intensity: 8.25 The following plume was very intense. ~11:03 am - Multi-Component Plume Components (strongest to weakest). - Sedative/Magnesium-Blocker/Beta-Blocker - Cadmium? Blocks magnesium metabolism, may induce arrhythmia (dangerous). - Model Cement/Burnt Plastic - See Microplastics. - Mercury - Always present. - Chalky-Bitter-Pharma - Depletes magnesium, heart issues (dangerous). - Neo-Inflammatory - Inflames the heart, lungs, and head. Intensity Delta: Medium-Fast Peak Intensity: Above 10 This plume dissipated back to current ambient intensity (8) by 12:30 pm. Intensity since then has been sitting at 8. The poisoning of all life continues on our watch.
