Tariffs, imposts and duties and more importantly, return to the states all but what the founders entrusted the federal government with, Post office and post roads, foreign affairs, and and army for defense.
We must reinstate the controls of the 10th amendment!

That will be a tough one. Maybe not for medium to larger cities to do. They could create local tax ideas to do it but business in those cities should have to pay more than average resident. A Flat Tax of say, 3cents, would suffice along with the tariffs, I would think, with SMALLER GOVERNMENT.
