One of the greatest prophetic debates in Scripture is the identity of the two witnesses found in Revelation 11.
Many believe the witnesses are Elijah and Moses. Others believe they are Elijah and Enoch.
When we look at the evidence, we must start with what the Bible clearly tells us.
Elijah never experienced physical death. God took him into heaven in a whirlwind (2 Kings 2:11).
Enoch also never experienced physical death. Hebrews 11:5 tells us that Enoch was taken by God so that he "should not see death."
Moses, however, did die. Deuteronomy 34 plainly records the death of Moses, and God Himself buried him.
If the two witnesses are to come to Earth and eventually be killed during their ministry in Revelation 11, then many believers point to the fact that Elijah and Enoch are the only two men in Scripture who have never tasted death.
This makes Enoch a very strong candidate for the second witness.
There is even more evidence. Jude 1:14 identifies Enoch, the seventh from Adam, as a prophet. Long before Noah's flood, Enoch was already prophesying about God's coming judgment.
While prophecy should always be approached with humility, I personally believe the biblical evidence points toward Elijah and Enoch as the two witnesses.
What are your thoughts? Do you believe the two witnesses are Elijah and Enoch, or Elijah and Moses?

Moses asked God for two things.
1️⃣ He wanted to see God's glory.
God told him:
"Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live." (Exodus 33:20)
God allowed Moses to see His back, but not His face.
2️⃣ Moses wanted to enter the Promised Land.
Because of his disobedience, God would not allow him to enter. Moses could only look at it from a distance.
But then we fast-forward to the Transfiguration of Jesus.
There stands Moses.
Jesus' face shines with heavenly glory. His appearance is transformed before them. And Moses is standing there in the Promised Land itself.
The man who could not see God's face is now beholding the glory of Christ.
The man who could not enter the Promised Land is now standing in it.
What a beautiful reminder that God's "No" is sometimes only a "Not Yet."
What we think is a closed door may simply be God preparing a greater fulfillment than we can presently understand.
The faithfulness of God reaches far beyond our disappointments, our failures, and even beyond this life.
The Bible truly is a masterpiece. ✝️

Most Christians know the story of the Tower of Babel, but many never notice what comes after it.
According to Deuteronomy 32:8-9, after humanity rebelled at Babel and God scattered the nations, He divided them according to the "sons of God"—spiritual beings entrusted with authority over the nations, while Israel remained God's special inheritance.
Over time, these rulers became corrupt. Psalm 82 shows God standing in judgment against them:
"How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked?"
Instead of leading the nations toward righteousness, they allowed corruption, injustice, and false worship to spread throughout the earth.
God's response?
"Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. But ye shall die like men..." (Psalm 82:6-7 KJV)
This isn't a story of competing gods. It is a story of created spiritual beings who rebelled against the authority of the One True God.
What's fascinating is what happens next in the biblical timeline. Right after Babel, God calls Abraham. Through Abraham comes Israel. Through Israel comes Jesus Christ.
The mission of Christ was never just about saving individuals. It was about reclaiming the nations.
When Jesus said:
"All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth" (Matthew 28:18 KJV),
He declared His authority over every earthly kingdom and every spiritual power.
The Gospel is God's answer to Babel.
The nations were scattered, but through Christ they are being gathered back to their rightful King.
🔥 One day every nation, every ruler, every throne, and every spiritual power will bow before Jesus Christ.
"The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever." — Revelation 11:15 KJV

One of the most sobering truths in Scripture is that Jesus wasn't rejected by atheists, pagans, or unbelievers.
He was rejected by many of the religious leaders.
Caiaphas was the High Priest of Israel. He knew the Scriptures. He knew the prophecies. Yet when Jesus stood before him and declared, "I AM," Caiaphas chose power over truth.
The miracles weren't the problem.
The teachings weren't the problem.
The real problem was that Jesus threatened the religious system they had built.
Sometimes the greatest danger is not unbelief.
Sometimes it is becoming so committed to our traditions, positions, and opinions that we stop listening to God.
The lesson of Caiaphas is still relevant today:
A person can be very religious and still miss Jesus.
Let's make sure we follow Christ above tradition, truth above pride, and God above our own agendas.

Modern Christianity has become so focused on prosperity that many have forgotten what the Gospel is actually about.
Yes, God blesses His people. Yes, He provides. Yes, it's okay to own nice things.

Yes, God blesses His people. Yes, He provides. Yes, it's okay to own nice things.
But if your faith depends on keeping those things, then they've become an idol.
I thank God for my wife, my children, my family, and every blessing He has given me. I enjoy the things God allows me to have. But if tomorrow I had to give it all back, then so be it.
A car, a house, a bank account, or worldly success can never compare to Jesus Christ.
Too many pastors today preach that God only wants good things for you and that your life should be filled with continual success and prosperity. While God does desire good for His children, Scripture never promises a life free from trials, suffering, persecution, or hardship.
Jesus never promised an easy road. He promised a Cross before a Crown.
The prosperity gospel says, "Look at what God can give you."
The true Gospel says, "Look at what Christ already gave for you."
The greatest treasure is not wealth.
The greatest treasure is not possessions.
The greatest treasure is not success.
The greatest treasure is Jesus Christ and the salvation He purchased through His death and resurrection.
Everything in this world will eventually fade away.
Christ remains forever.
