Updated password manager to properly handle manager credentials when the multi-user access control manager (add-on) is installed. Fixed upgrade mgr so that it no longer showed testing output in one area. Also fixed a typo in the multi-manager add-on that blanked out the screen the first time the store managers were used after initially installed.
