Please be absolutely sure you put your email address in correctly for your order confirmation and double check your address for accuracy as about 40% of the dozen or so people that are still awaiting certificates via USPS did enter their address incorrectly, most likely due to using autofill to checkout. 5 waiting still are due to Canadian addresses that sat in customs, and it seems all others are due to a USPS holiday backlog. Rest assured, we are on those and have the list of those that need re-sending. We will be sending all of those on Tuesday. In addition, K-1 statements were drafted and will start going out this week as well, after the Monday holiday.
