Was only due to new device and new web browser used. Any tips besides what I think most will say to close the account and move on...its a tool needed for varying reasons so of anyone has info on how to unlock it without having to unnecessarily give your government issued IDs away??? Thanks.

20 Lessons to learn and be reminded.
1. Joshua 1:9Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest."
(God did not give an option here. When He commands it, it is an order because He knows best. Do we as parents set rules to obey for the sake of and protection for our children? What happens when we do not set these rules or boundaries for them? )
2.The children of Israel stood before the Jordan river for the second time in 40 years. They had been in this position before, but the last time they chose to turn around and walk away. They saw the beautiful fruits that grew there. They knew about the great abundance of food and water in the land God had promised, but they chose to focus on the problems they saw.
They ignored Gods promises and saw only the giants that inhabited the land.
(How many times have we known truth, walked away due to fear, due to pride, due to uncertainty, do to our own inabilitys...faith is the absence of fear, where we trust in Gods promises...do your fears and giants in the land outweigh your fears?)
3. Forty years before the story of the battle of Jericho, Moses was the leader of Israel. All the adults from the former visit to the Jordan River had died off except two men: ...
(God warned His people over and over ....how many times has God warned us...still warns us. His warnings are not His desire to destroy but to encourage us to walk in obedience so that we may be blessed through His promises.)
4. ...Joshua and Caleb. These were two of the original twelve spies who had gone into the Promised Land and tried to convince the people they should trust God to give them victory over the enemy. Now Joshua leads the country in the absence of Moses.
(God will rise up leaders, some to bring blessing, some to bring warning, some to bring punishment. Do we trust Gods plan.)
5. Joshua sent two spies into the land to check out the walled city of Jericho. They entered the city and met a womannamed Rahab. Rahab hid the men on the roof of her house when soldiers from the city came to inquire about the strangers in town.
Rahab told the city soldiers that the men left before the closing of the gates and that they needed to hurry to catch the men. Rahab waited for the soldiers to leave and then she uncovered the spies. She told them what she and the people in the city knew about Joshua and the coming armies. The people in Jericho and the surrounding area were terrified of Joshua and Israel because they knew that God had promised the land to the children of Israel.
Before leaving Rahabs house, the spies promised that she and her family would be spared the coming destruction. She was to hang a scarlet thread, or cord, out her window so that the Israelite soldiers would know which house belonged to her so that they could save her.
(Joshua's faith of Gods promise was bigger than his fear he saw before him.)
6. Joshua gathered the people into various groups. There were three main groups: the priests, a man from each tribe, and the rest of Israel.
(How God's plans are, may not look like ours. For He said, my thoughts and ways are not like yours.)
7. The priests took the Ark of the Covenant and stepped into the river. The river opened up to one side and dried up to the other. The people of Israel crossed over on dry land.
(Faith. How deep is our faith?)
8. Before the priests stepped away from the river, twelve men (one man from each tribe) picked up a boulder from the dry riverbed and carried it out. These twelve stones were placed in the Promised Land as reminder to future generations of how God lead Israel out of the wilderness into the land of promise.
(The humility to show forth we can not do the impossible without God... a stone to set a reminder lest we forget and generations to come, see, ask and know truth. To worship a stone? No but to be reminded. In How many symbols in our lives remind us of the good, the warnings the promises...a ring, statues, tomb stones, flags, rainbows. Our words, Gods Word.)
9. Many things changed for Israel the day they crossed into their new home. Besides the new lush land and the promise of a permanent dwelling, the manna which they had eaten every day for forty years immediately ceased. They never ate manna again.
(What is it in our lives our hearts that we hang onto so tightly that we are not willing to let go of for the future God has in store...do we trust Him in the desert? In the fire of refinement? Have faith, trust, and let go and hold onto Him.)
10. Joshua had an encounter before the Lord, and asked a simple question, but got a confusing answer. Joshua asked, are you for us or against us?" Realizing who stood before him Joshua needed to decide the answer to his own questionwas Joshua and Israel on Gods side, or the side of the enemy?
Joshua answered wisely by bowing before the Lord Joshua pledged his allegiance to the Lord. He removed his shoes as instructed and worshiped God on holy ground.
(Who's side are you on? Does your life reflect His?)
11. Joshua was instructed how the next few days would play out. Joshua was to send the soldiers of Israel marching around Jericho one time a day for the next six days. The priests were to go behind the soldiers blowing seven trumpets of rams horns before the Ark. Then, on the seventh day, the host was to compass the city seven times while the priests blew their trumpets. At the completion of this they were to make a long loud blast with their trumpets and all the people were to shout.
On the seventh day, the host was to compass the city seven times while the priests blew their trumpets.
(I can only imagine Joshua trying to explain this plan to thesoldierswho were probably ready to fight. They were told that all they could do for a week was to walk around the city over and over. God may ask us to do things that dont make sense in our lives...do we still trust Him?)
12. At the sound of those trumpets and the praises of Gods people....those walls came down.
(Walls have many different purposes. Some are intended to keep us safe, keep the danger out, other walls are a prison to our soul a soul that needs healing...do we trust God with each type of wall in our lives? )
13. The soldiers entered the city and destroyed and burned everything.
(War is never the intention of God, or mankind who's hearts are after the Lords, but often times war is inevitable and serves many purposes. Not all of which make sense to our fallible human minds. War often is because of the sin of mans hearts and God does warn, hope and desire for mankind's hearts to change. He knows some will never surrender to His truth. God is also a God of justice. To punish the wicked and bless the righteous. He himself destroyed the wicked, and still does, and one day will again have brought forth a final judgment....some of the wars we encounter are of the hand of man through tyranny and abuses of power...but God will bring justice to these through those that love justice and ultimately through His almighty hand. This we must know is to fear not man, but to fear the Lord and is to know He is just.)
14. The items that were saved were the items of great value that were to be offered to the Lord. No one was to take anything for themselves. The first fruits of their spoils in the new land were to be dedicated to God. After this, the people of Israel were allowed to personally keep all that they obtained in war.
(Those who honor the Lord...He too will honor them...)
15. The spies that Rahab helped previously were given charge of finding her and her family. They found Rahab, her parents, her brothers and sisters, and all she possessed. They were able to fulfill the promise to rescue them. Her family lived in Israel from then on.
Because of her faith in God she is mentioned several times later in the Bible. She became an ancestor to King David and Jesus Christ.
(God often times uses the most unlikely to bring about His purpose and once again may be an awe in our eyes.)
16. What may seem like an end was only a beginning.
The battle of Jericho was just the beginning of a new way of life for the children of Israel. By this time the adults in Israel had not experienced life in Egypt (except Joshua and Caleb). The people had only known a transient lifestyle. While they still did not have a permanent home, they were actively taking part in occupying the land that God had given to their father Abraham in a promise more than 400 years before.
(Our vision is limited to the Vison of God. Pray that God will stretch our vision beyond our limits and see what He has in store and beyond our limits may He increase our faith to trust in Him.)
17. The exodus from slavery in Egypt and crossing the Jordan River was a salvation from tyranny and the occupying of the land as the victorious Christian life. There were battles to face. There were giants to defeat. But there was also a God who was with them. A God who was leading them.
Their obedience to the plan of God helped them see the victory that they had been promised.
(There will be times in our lives we will endure hardship and for those who's hope is not in Christ it may seem futile that "God would do" as some say and allow hardships to even be. But it is not in our rose garden we are strengthened and stretched but when we endure the thorns. God does reward the faithful and there is a season of refinement that only He can gauge. As God stood with three faithful servants in the fire...He too will stand with us through it all for the battles past, present and future.)
18. Joshua obeyed the command to take the land. He followed Gods instructions in crossing the river. He obeyed Gods strange plan to defeat the city of Jericho. Though it did not always make sense, Joshua lead the people in obedience to God. As a result they saw great victories.
(It is through our obedience we will find victory.)
19. However, they did not always obey. The very next battle was a catastrophic failure. Because one man did not obey God, many others lost their lives.
(Our disobedience often can result in harming the lives of others. Our actions are a stone in a pond. To the non believer, a believers determination to obey can often appear as intolerance, unkindness, and hate....to the blind eye and lack of understanding of Gods commands it can appear quite the opposite of intentions. To the non believer how many times has there been judgement of a believer stating how can these Christian's be so hateful... To the unbeliever it is lack of knowing Gods word that the enemy has caused blinders to be upon the lost.
To the believer, God is not just a teddy bear in the sky pouring out love gumdrops and rainbows of blessings but far to often the believer may think this way and judge un righteously other believers who desire true obedience. What does obedience entail? Knowledge of truth, belief in truth, apology of sin, repentance (to turn away from sin...most skip this part) and action...to do as God teaches. Happiness is a delicious piece of pie that loses its flavor in time and must be replaced to fulfill a desire. Joy is a gift from God that fills the soul. It has a residual effect on ones life that can only be satisfied in Christ, a taste that is eternal, never losing is savor. Believer do not walk in disobedience of God to please mankind lest one causes harm to another. Un believer to not see God through a sinner saved by grace, but seek Him through His word, not through mankind. We all are sinners some saved by grace and other yet to be. If one once believed and has lost their way and or chose to walk away...whom were you really seeking...God Himself or God through the lives and mistakes of fallible people. To the believer and un believer....seek you first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you.)
20. It is sometimes easy to see great victories in areas of our own Christian life and let our guard down in another aspects.
(We have to be vigilant to guard ourselves from theattacks of the world.)
Are you in a new position or a position you have seen before? Will you choose to turn around and walk away or press forward in faith and hope?
...They saw the beautiful fruits that grew there. They knew about the great abundance of food and water in the land God had promised, but they chose to focus on the problems they saw. They ignored Gods promises and saw only the giants that inhabited the land.
God used Jericho, to demonstrate to the Israelites and to all others, the pure power of praise and worship and obedience. It is obedience and praise that tumbled walls 4 story high approximately 12ft thick.
Never take for granted the power of salvation, prayer, praise and obedience and you will see the walls come tumbling down.
The battle is the Lords
If we are obedient, and trust Him, He is faithful in giving us the victory!!
