𝘐𝘵’𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯.” That’s the argument — that the Framers of the 14th Amendment intended to grant automatic citizenship to the children of foreign nationals who fly in on tourist visas specifically to exploit that provision.
