My job allows me some insight to these dudes. I played along before and it was in ten minutes he was asking for me to send him a phone card for only 200 American dollars. For 200 bucks she better be better looking than that. Also this person tried it with my best bud in California, I'm on the East Coast. I traced it back to the same account.
