We've scoured the records—there's ZERO evidence of Larkin's appointment. This isn't a minor oversight; it's a flagrant violation of protocol and an insult to our intelligence. 2. Conflict of Interest Leading to Judge's Recusal Just a week ago, Larkin was conveniently appointed to the Jail Oversight Board—a position that Judge Pagano also hold.
