By screaming that everyone is a conspiracy theorist , that's their way of delegitimizing anything that counters their narrative..
It's the same as calling somebody a homophobe, xenophobe, racist, etc etc etc..

Dude. Careful when you get around to sit-ups. I did 600 in one day once and I couldn't stand up straight. Remember to work muscle groups in pairs. ha
