Congress DOES have the power make ARRESTS for failure to respond to subpoena under "Ineherent Contempt of Congress". The speaker if the house can order the SGT at Arms to ARREST and DETAINE anyone who ignores a subpoena. Yes, there are jail cells below the capitol building.

You don't really think that case is going anywhere do you? At some point America will realize that there's a second amendment for this very reason...
