Official Dandridge, TN Speaks Out Group!!! We are a place to let people know about community related things. I created this page for my community. Here is what we allow: -Comments, questions, opinions, concerns, and more from area residents as well as area events going on around our great city. -Traffic alerts; Wrecks (please NO ON SCENE PICS ((families may see bad news here first)) so we ask you be sensible), trees or power lines blocking roadway, flooding, icy conditions, traffic congestion, and more. -Weather events, warnings, and related issues. -Area business information. (Dandridge AND Jefferson County). (Business must be Local Owned not Corporate and must be Brick and Mortar Business with owners residing in Jefferson Co to be approved to advertise here). (No Direct Sales or Home Based Party Business) We only allow 1 post from a business on page at a time. One "bump" per 72 hours, if you continually ask for posts to be approved more than 72 hours or you ask for a new post and haven't deleted old posts, you will most likely be removed. This is a tedious process to go delete your post for you, please do it yourself. -Local/area employment opportunities. No bashing of business - expressing a bad situation is different than bashing. Bashing is a harsh, gratuitous, prejudicial attack on a person, group, or subject. NO Items for sale, no yards sales, no real estate listings. We also will NOT be allowing posts of looking for this person possibly did this crime, is suspected of, looking for this car nor posting of license plates, etc.. unless it is shared by law enforcement and then we will share. If you have filed a police report, talk with the detective about making a post for you, then we can share it. I can guarantee you that a person that has a house to rent is not on here looking for someone to rent to, Nor are employers on here searching for employees.
