The official record (House Oversight Committee, Sept 16 2025, congress.gov) shows the hearing was about weather modification research, climate intervention proposals, and transparency not a secret spraying program. Here’s what was actually said 👇 Dr Roger Pielke Jr. - Professor of Environmental Studies at the University of Colorado Boulder and Senior Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. He told Congress: “Many decades ago, weather modification was called weather control. Nobody calls it weather control anymore, because scientists understand that controlling the weather is simply not possible” A direct rejection of the idea that humans are secretly manipulating the sky.
