Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp. steak sauce - A11 tbsp. sugar1/8 tsp. cayenne - optional1 cup beef broth or chicken/vegetable brothsalt and pepper to tasteToasted bunMustardTop with picklesIn a pan on medium high heat add ground beef and s&p.Cook, stir and chop until browned and finelychopped and liquid reduced.Add diced onions, cook and stir for 2 minutes.Add mustard, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, steaksauce, sugar and cayenne pepper (optional). Stir and cook for one minute until well combined.Add broth, bring up to a simmer, reduce heat and cookfor 10-15 minutes until liquid reduced. Taste test. Add seasonings as needed. Remove from heat.Spread mustard on toasted bun. Place a couple scoopsof loose meat down and top with pickles.
