/@therightwingedangel: This story really angered me. A 20-year-old mother was tortured and murdered execution style by people who she thought were her friends. This horrific killing can only be described as a modern day lynching. There has been speculation about the motive but nothing has been confirmed. Some say it was about her income tax money. Others say it was because Mahogany “snitched” on some of the suspects. Whenever it was, Mahogany did not deserve this. As a black person, the media and black leaders tell me I should fear white people. They tell me that racist whites are lurking around every corner waiting to take me out. Well, I’ve never thought about a white person leaving me dead in the street, but I’ve often thought about a black person doing it. Why should I worry about white people when this is how we treat each other? RIP Mahogany Jackson.
