#Repost///@coachbenny_: Follow @coachbenny_ for daily content š¤***Imagine following every piece of advice from every video you see on the internet.I can assure you that youād end up dining on oxygen. So just keep in mind a few things:Everyone typically possesses an opinion and a smartphone to share their thoughts. I literally couldn't find a single food that hasn't been demonised by someone on the internet šThe thing to grasp is the effect of any food is usually determined by the quantity ā it's the amount that can render it either harmful or safe. And it's quite easy to paint any food or drink as 'bad for youā.Consider caffeine, for instance. While excessive amounts can be dangerous, your morning coffee is generally considered harmless. The point? If you amplify the influence of a single ingredient and scrutinise any food, it might give the impression that it's time to cut it out of your diet. Yet, thatās rarely the case.#NutritionAwareness
