///@burnt_pellet_bbq: Wagyu Beef Rib Sliders = The Best Sliders Ever Recipe•Season your rack of beef ribs with salt, pepper, garlic blend using a yellow mustard binder•Smoke them at 275F for 5 hours unwrappedSpritz the meat every hour using a barrel aged whiskey beer•30 mins prior to the ribs being done, slice up 1 onion. Season with salt, pepper, garlic blend and add in ½ cup of beer to help caramelize•Once the ribs reach 203F internal, pull them off of the smoker and chop up the meat into bite size pieces and sauce them up with your favorite BBQ sauce•Slice your rolls in half and place the bottom half in an aluminum pan•Assemble with a layer of marble jack cheese, chopped beef rib, caramelized onions and havarti cheese•Put the top buns back on, brush on some garlic butter then put the sliders back on the grill at 350F for about 15-20 mins•Slice up your sliders and enjoy!
