Aliens underground bases

Yet we have other "authoritative" whistleblowers that state these "aliens" are not from outer space, but come from deep beneath in our oceans. Since you can't have it both ways and little to no proof has yet to be provided - I call BS (CIA bs) on the whole story until they do.
