Don Green ... my brother-from-another-mother and husband to my sister, Becky ... is getting new lungs. They live in Alabama, so the nurses played Sweet Home Alabama as they transported him to surgery at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL. God is good all day long!!!UPDATE 10:10 pm ET: I just received the following from my sister only a few minutes ago:"Got a call from the OR nurse just now. The right lung has been transplanted and finishing with it. Then will start on the left. Don is doing really well. Vitals are good and all is going according to plan. Thank you Lord!❤️🙏"
