Welcome to CAMP! This package is intended to be a guideline for the use and conduct in all chat rooms under the CAMP umbrella. CAMP strongly supports the rights guaranteed under the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Declaration of Independence! That said, we ask that everyone acknowledge that these comms are critical across the nation, and to please keep useless chatter to a minimum.
How the chats are broken down, and their intended use:
Public Chat: The public chat is completely open and uncensored (with the exception of the required Code of Conduct). Any member may post any desired news articles, memes, gif’s, etc. Any member may invite anyone they’d like to add into the public chat at any time. With the exception of the requirement to abide by the Code of Conduct, this chat is wide open and totally uncensored. That said, any mission sensitive material should not be shared in this chat to maintain OPSEC (Operational Security).
Official Chat: The official chat is for any vetted member to use as open comms (subject to the Code of Conduct) across the nation. It is open to any random conversation including relevant articles, memes, gifs, and chatter. Horseplay and “sibling rivalry” are ok as well. CAMP totally supports free speech, and we promote it, however we ask that you do not just randomly dump 15 news articles and such from outside sources in the midst of others conversation. This is a national chat that is intended to strengthen comms between individual groups and aid in the recruiting to said groups. THIS IS NOT FACEBOOK. If you begin to post random irrelevant items, you’re spamming the chat and hindering the mission. There’s a time and place for such things. This is not one of them.
Regional Chats: Regional chats are the entire nation broken down into 5 regions for comms closer to home. It should be noted that while the regions are smaller versions of the Official chat, they should contain any news and info that directly effects the area. Again, please refrain from reposting the same article on multiple chats as this clutters up the chats and inhibits the mission related comms.
Community Calendar: The CC chat is intended specifically for posting up events across the country to raise awareness and encourage community involvement. THIS IS NOT A CHAT ROOM. Please refrain from adding to chatter. If you’re interested in joining an event, side porch the individual who posted the event, or reach out to the contacts listed in the event. CAMP supports and recommends that anyone looking to get involved and put boots on the ground. This is the chat to locate those events near you.
Leads Chat: This chat is for CAMP leadership only, and not open to all members. If you’d like to get involved and take on a leadership role in your area, please reach out to @kimberkarrier for more info. Involvement and access to this chat is strictly controlled for OPSEC and requires deeper vetting than that of any other chat membership. This room is intended for all leaders to contain, and more directly address local happenings, events, planning, coordination, etc, and offer leaders an alternative to the side porch for the group discussion with direct connection to management. Chatter in this room is restricted only by the Code of Conduct.
Vetting: The vetting room is a private chat room with highly restricted access (management, and recruits being vetted). Vetting can get personal at times, and this info is not intended to be public. If you’re not a member, and would like to be, this is where you will be placed until the vetting process is complete and you’re approved. You will immediately be removed from this chat upon completion of vetting to ensure privacy is protected and others can be moved in for vetting after you’re done. Chat history is restricted to new recruits to prevent any privacy issues. Please note that if there’s no action on your part within 24 hrs, you will be removed regardless of the status of your vetting.
Headquarters: This chat is management only. Occasionally, additional members will be added in for matters requiring a more personal touch. General access is restricted to members. If you’re added to this room for any reason, please refrain from sharing intel discussed here unless it’s already approved for general members to avoid any OPSEC issues.
Front Lines: This chat is locked. Any BOTG member is welcome to be added by the group owner to this chat. This chat is locked for comment. It’s intended purpose is to give the “green light” in a SHTF scenario.
911: This chat is locked. Any member can be granted access to this page upon request to the group owner. This chat is only intended to alert members of a SHTF scenario anywhere in the country. Intel will be added as needed and only by the group owner.
Side Porch: There’s no room with this name. It’s just CAMP lingo for direct messaging between members.
New Member Security and Expectations:
First of all, please allow us to welcome you to CAMP, and thank you for your interest in supporting our rights and freedoms! The primary mission of CAMP is to open comms across the nation between individual groups without interfering with their individual ranks, while also aiding the recruiting for these groups. The ultimate end game is to peacefully and legally assist in getting constitutional candidates installed into office across the nation, both locally and nationally. We need everyone to assist in this mission. We all play our part, be it fully kitted security, or standing and waiving a flag. Everyone plays their part! Freedom is not free!
As far as the security side goes, your end is to assist by securing your own account to the best of your ability. Please ensure you choose a unique callsign rather than listing your real name. Also, be sure to include a profile picture (PFP) that is NOT one of you. During your vetting, you’ll see a request to “add contact” with the vetting officer. Please do this at least until your vetting is complete. Failure to complete this will result in delays getting your processing completed. Finally, ensure your account security is set to hide your phone number. While this is totally optional, it’s highly recommended for your own privacy. If you need assistance with setting up your account security, please request it while you’re sill in vetting and a member of management will walk you through the process. If your processing is already complete, and you need assistance, please reach out to the vetting officer, or another member of management for instructions.
During your vetting, you’ll receive a copy of the Code of Conduct. Your review and agreement to this is not optional, nor is adhering to it during your time with CAMP or involvement within the chats. If
you witness any action in violation of the Code of Conduct, please report it immediately to the vetting officer, or another member of management. Please understand that while we certainly promote all persons rights and freedoms, there are some things that just cross the line. For example, your freedom of speech is not a right to be a deliberate asshole, nor to put the entire group at risk with extremist chatter. Priority one for everyone here should be group security and OPSEC. If this offends you, or you find yourself in conflict, please resign your position immediately by contacting any member of management with comms as to what the issue is, and remove yourself from the group. On the flip side, we’re all adults here. You’re likely to be exposed to “heat of the moment” chatter, cursing, etc. If this bothers you, please scroll on past it. Again, we’re all grown here, and every member is expected to act like it. Any personal issues between members should be addressed in the side porch, not open chats. If the conflict cannot be resolved between the parties involved, please, by all means, reach out to a member of management, your local CO/XO, etc, for assistance.
After completion of your vetting, you will be added to the “official” and your appropriate “regional” chats. We know that people don’t generally live on their phones/laptops, however, we’re not here simply to chat or hold a status of being a member of a militia, etc. We expect involvement from all members. Managers will occasionally review the members in all chats, and if found that you’re absent for an extended period, you’ll likely be removed from that chat and viewed as a potential spy/informant. WE DO NOT CARE if this hurts your feelings. Our #1 priority is the security of our members. If you’re going to be here, BE INVOLVED!
You will occasionally note that each region/state will hold a “meet and greet”. We know that things are tight. We know you work. We know people have private lives. That’s all good...we all do! It’s strongly recommended that you make these events as it offers direct face to face meets between local members. It’s not a requirement, but to grow the strength of this brotherhood, it’s highly recommended! There may be a day in near future, these are the only people you have that you can guarantee will have your six!
Finally, you’ll receive a copy of the Code of Conduct regardless of your entry method. It’s strongly advised that you save that for future reference. Occasional updates may be made and distributed at any time. There are other documents that you can request at any time such as the Vetting SOP, Mission Statement, etc. Again, please save these files for your own records and for future reference.
Dues: CAMP does require dues of all vetted members. The dues run from July 4th to July 4th annually. You may contact any member of management for details and payment methods. This is intended for multiple reasons. First of all, it weeds through persons not really wanting anything but “bragging rights” of being involved in a militia. Secondly, it funds the expenses for the group and the mission. NO ONE HERE takes a penny for personal use. We are absolutely willing to maintain as much transparency as possible, and as such, those concerned about group finances are welcome to reach out to management for questions about group finances. Monies collected are applied to all group expenses ranging from office supplies to meet and greets, ftx’s, legal support for group missions, etc. If you’d like to become a member, dues are not optional. They are $75/year/individual. We try to keep costs down as many of our members are also local group members and pay dues there as well. Others may be on a fixed income. Everyone has bills. We are well aware, and if you have issues with paying the dues, please reach out to management at any time. WE WILL WORK WITH YOU...
CAMP is multiple wings of the same mission. Constitutional American Majority Project, which is the public side of our operation. It includes those vetted, and the general public. It represents us all...WE THE PEOPLE! The second half, Constitutional American Militia Project, consists of vetted members only. We are the sheepdogs! We are our brothers keepers! The 3%. We are the line in the sand. It’s up to you, which side is more appropriate for you, but we recommend you get vetted and join our mission. Never before in human history has corrupt government fixed itself. It’s up to us! We the people are the power! If we don’t stand, no one will...
In closing, CAMP again welcomes you to the group. Please keep in mind that we are not here as just another chat group. We are NOT Facebook. We have a mission and a plan to execute that mission. Please, by any means, be involved. Stay involved. We need people to achieve these goals. Everyone has a job. Everyone is expected to carry out whatever they can to aid in furthering our mission and supporting the group efforts overall. This is not about us! This is about securing a future for our children and grandchildren. Do your part! God bless you, and God bless these United States!
