Probably they flagged a current post, then used the photo flagged to check their database for any other similar photos.
Actually, now that i think about it, I believe Facebook automatically flags anything that has Hitler in it. Even if you're complaining about Hitler. They flag your post and you have to notify them that's a mistake. And you still might be put in jail.
