Why can't I upload videos anymore?
Ah I see it "Hi everyone. We apologize for the inconvenience but we will have video uploads down for awhile as we are adding infrastructure.

For that matter, why can't I download some of the videos the way I used to be able to?
Only memes and photos have download option.
