These people perform "Political Theater" by reading from a scripted narrative to give the impression they are expressing their own personal organic thoughts. However, since they don't disclose they were merely paid to "act" by reading the scripted narrative provided by their employers, they are, must be, or should be considered an act of fraud, sedition &/or treason.
Also, just a heads-up on the tendency for these NGOs to be given names that sound neutral, or even "working for the good of the common person". (eg. Southern Poverty Center, Open Society, Open Borders. )
And, the average American must always remember that NGO's are most often set up to hide or obfuscate who is promoting what? As I have said since Election 2020, All the rules necessary to prevent election fraud existed before 2020.
The Problem was the Election Judge Hierarchy, in many areas, did enforce those rules and/or actively ignored or bypassed them, in favor of their preferred Candidates.
Further, most of the corrupt election Administrators are still on the job.
Thus, the flurry of new election integrity laws and rules, since 2020 will have no long-lasting effect.
The Progressive Globalist DINOs & DINOs pulled their horns in a bit in 2022, because the heat of the 2020 election fraud was too close, and the voters were too vigilant.
And, in the 2024 Election, then candidate Trumps lead margin was just, "too big to rig", and again, the American Voters were to vigilant and aware.
Thus, even if we return to less susceptible old election methods, and write all the news rules you want, if the corrupt election administrators remain, at some point they will just begin ignoring them and/or finding ways around them.
ALL THIS EFFORT IS A WASTE OF TIME IF WE DON'T ACT TO ENSURE CONTINUITY OF SAID REFORM.
We must get like-minded patriots into Election Administration Leadership positions, to stop this fraud from within.
PARTY OFFICERS, RESOLUTIONS AND DELEGATES
Also, on a similar vector, we must root out the RINOs from party officer positions from the precinct level, the BPOU Convention level, the CD Convention level, the State Convention level, and if possible the National Convention. In 2022, I witnessed RINO GOP Party officer "misplacing" platform resolutions approved by the lower-level conventions. And, taking the liberty to merge some these platform resolutions to a wording they like... I was trying to have the Republican Party add a Platform Plank to dismantle the unconstitutional & treasonous "Progressive Globalist Administrative State". This Occurred at the Wright County, MN BPOU Convention and the MN CD Convention. (http://rebrand.ly/ProgsLaugh) Inspired by willingness to take on the RINO Leadership, other delegates began to ask where their resolutions went. Resolutions like, "finding the Truth about the Bioweapons COVID-10, Opposing the use of Law Enforcement to shut down small businesses, while allowing large business like Walmart, Target, and other large corporate business to remain open, Anti Trans Resolutions, Anti DEI Resolutions, Anti BLM riots resolutions, Against the LGBTQ+++ Agenda... So, I pose to you the question, "How many of these types of resolutions did you see succeed at each level of Republican Convention you attended as a delegate.?) Based on the anger and frustrations at the Conventions I attended, I can see no legitimate way a number of these issues did not make it to the National Convention. And these same RINO Party officers count the ballots and/or oversee the counting of the ballots for delegates to the next level. All of you patriots need to volunteer to run for delegate to the next level, and/or participate in the counting of the delegate ballots. MOST OF YOUR REPUBLICAN PARTY OFFICERS ARE LIKELY RINO TRAITORS. [RINO = PROGRESSIVE GLOBALIST = DINO]

Let me begin by quoting the header for this Tenth Amendment Center video:

To continue, let me reiterate that every single one of these Judges, as well as Private Lawyers & Government Attorneys swear an oath to "Protect & Defend the [original, organic] US Constitution [with its lawful amendments] from all enemies, foreign & domestic".
It is clear to the overwhelming majority of WE THE PEOPLE that our Judiciary intends to interfere with and delay the changes the majority of
us voted for.
Which first leads this Cynical Patriot to assert that our legal system's "Actions Speak Louder Than Words. That said, in everyday life
of the masses, if someone acts inappropriately, and/or illegally, and the legal system fails to address, those who are friends, associates, &/or acquaintances of said inappropriate/illegal Actor will counsel/criticize the actor to the degree appropriate for the "infraction".
WE THE PEOPLE presume, that the same type of accountability for minor infractions by their colleagues would occur within various government agencies, such the Courts, and Private and Government Lawyers. In part because this is their sworn duty & in part to prevent themselves and/or the entire agencies reputation diminishing if they fail to act. Further, if informal accountability does not result on correct and/or the infraction rises to a higher level, that some formal process greater authority and consequence, will adjudicate the consequences to the actor of the infraction. However, WE THE PEOPLE see no such processes of accountability occurring in these lawfare cases, recent or prior to the 2024 Election. Judges, Government Attorneys and Private Lawyers, all are just playing different roles in the Legal Profession, yet all have taken the same forementioned oath to protect and defend the Constitution. Buy their oaths alone, all Judges, Government Attorneys and Private Lawyers are compelled to act to protect and defend the Constitution from these Rogue Judges. How then is it that a majority of judges, or at least a tireless minority have not demanded, these rogue, unconstitutional lawfare judges be held accountable? How can it be that some proactive process for dealing with these unconstitutional seditious and treasonous acts does not exist and has not already occurred. Based on these facts, this Cynical Patriot must conclude that all Judges, Government Attorneys and private lawyers are complicit in these judicial acts to delay, suppress and repress the will of WE THE PEOPLE as evinced by the results of the 2024 election. Further, advancing the idea of a "Living Constitution" and Discarding the long-held jurisprudence of the Pound Principle, further evince this Cynical Patriot's logical conclusion. [The Pound Principle called for a hard preference that cases before the courts be resolved ON THE MERITS. (http://rebrand.ly/OnTheMerits) After the Pound Principle was abandoned decisions based on Technicality became the preferred manner of resolving cases before the courts.) Additionally, it is worth adding that from circa 2003 to 2018, a coalition of groups and individuals I refer to as MN Judicial TAR (Transparency, Accountability & Reform). Every year from 2003 to 2018, they denied the group their unalienable Natural Right to Petition the Court for Redress of Grievances without fear of reprisal or punishment, as reduced to writing in the First Amendment. Each year we requested a hearing dedicated to receiving evidence and testimony of corruption and Abuse of Power/Discretion before the MN State House and Senate Judiciary. Every year for 15 years we were denied. In the meanwhile,
the MN Judiciary &/or Legislature unconstitutionally retaliated and punished leaders and members of MN Judicial TAR. We were forced to try to attend unrelated hearings in attempt to get our issues on the record. MN Judicial TAR members were treated horribly. Hearings would be canceled or moved to an undisclosed new location when we had already traveled to get there, One time a couple in ill-health traveled hours all the way from the Canada-Minnesota Border to St. Paul, MN, but when the Judiciary Chairs heard, they cancelled the unrelated hearings to prevent their testimony from being put on the official record. They often moved hearing to undisclosed new locations at the last moment without informing us. Some leaders & members reported receiving unmerited bad court decisions in unrelated cases, some reported that their businesses were black listed, Some reported they failed various government inspections, some got numerous parking and traffic tickets, some were denied variances that usually were granted, etc. The retaliation and punishment got so bad that some people stopped coming out of fear, some moved out of the state, and, at least one moved out of the country.
That said, please tell me if and how I have drawn the wrong conclusion from the evidence and facts, thus far presented.
Next, Mainstream Media and even some Alternative Media presents this unconstitutional Lawfare and civil unrest as being one of simple Liberal Democrat overreach to stay in power. With Democrats using, "Preserve Democracy", as a duplicitous rallying slogan. However, This Cynical Patriot asserts, that in reality, this is all a panicked attempt to prevent the inevitable, if DOGE is not stopped from continuing its waste and fraud investigation. This Cynical Patriot has posted months ago, that Americans need to realize that Progressive Globalist Democrats (& RINOs) will begin acting more desperate and erratic as their necks get close and closer to the noose.
