In Champaign Illinois it took us three tries to find a place to vote. WiFi was out the first 2 places. The last was lagging but finally worked. How many people will give up?

Depending on your voting system, you probably don't want wifi operating in the polling facility.
That's how they steal elections.
Paper ballots here in South East Wisconsin.
Wherever this is, you need to enact voter entegrity laws to stop that nonsense
