They can and they should. We are an agreed to union of 50 states. The Federal government cannot make decisions for these states. The reason the states will not stop it is tje tje feds will take away hundreds of millions of dollars is funding.

They can only help. They could be deployed against the cartels, but they can NOT serve as police.
I would move all Nat Gaurd to the border to do their annual training in plain sight.
