View MoreToday, a CDC committee recommended that the standard childhood immunization schedule be updated to add Covid-19 vaccines. Below are facts about this matter that every responsible and caring parent should know and share. The bulk of these facts come straight from the FDA, often buried on webpages in long lists of documents with vague, repetitive names that few people will ever find, much less read: • In the clinical trials for the mRNA vaccines, young children experienced the following adverse events that the FDA and drug companies admit are related to the vaccines: fevers up to 105.4 ºF, eye-rolling seizures, convulsions, limping, and a “severe” decline in white blood cells that creates the “risk of overwhelming infection.” • Those adverse events occurred even through the trials excluded children apt to have serious adverse reactions to the vaccines. • The trials conducted on toddlers and preschoolers were so tiny that they would need to be 400,000 times larger/longer to determine if the vaccines save more children than they kill. • The trials did not enroll enough children to show any clinically meaningful benefits like preventing severe Covid-19, hospitalization, or death. • At least 6 children were withdrawn from the trials due to adverse events after the first dose. • The mRNA from the vaccines lingers in the human body, possibly increasing the risk of toxic effects with each dose. • Adverse effects in vaccinated subjects that the FDA considered “unrelated” to the vaccines include unexplained internal bleeding and diseases related to the immune system, which the vaccines may compromise. • Children aged 6–23 months who received the Moderna vaccine had 9 “unrelated” “serious adverse events” and 5 hospitalizations, while none of the children who received the placebo had any, although this group was one-third the size of the vaccine group. • Antibody tests, which the FDA said “should not be used” to measure “protection from Covid-19 at any time,” are the primary evidence the vaccines protect against Covid. • Drugs that receive regulatory approval based on indirect measures like antibody tests are “more vulnerable to having clinically unacceptable safety issues” and misled doctors to prescribe millions of people heart medications that “actually tripled the death rate.” • The efficacy and safety of the vaccines is largely inferred from studies on adults, even though the FDA warned that “children are not small adults.” • Children aged 6 months to 4 years who received the Pfizer vaccine had a higher rate of severe Covid-19 than those who received a placebo. • Prior Covid infection causes potent and durable immunity in the vast majority of people, but the clinical trials largely excluded children with evidence of Covid infection and removed the few that remained from “key analysis sets.” • The clinical trials used to approve the vaccines for young children had 1–3 months of blinded follow up for safety and efficacy, even though the FDA and other health agencies said that one year should be the bare minimum. • Children are about 36 times more likely to die of accidents than Covid-19.
