The essential principles of True Leadership are Biblically based making Leadership a valuable tool for life and business. Without truth, there can be no Leadership. The absence of truth breeds chaos and deception that lead nowhere. To exude Leadership through TAL (True Authentic Leadership) should "LEAVE EVERY SITUATION AND EVERY PERSON BETTER THAN YOU FOUIND THEM" in the act of serving. As we say at True Authentic Leadership; "the principles of Leadership are great and true and if we are to lead others, they must be able to trust that our actions are value based, principle based and morally correct, that our efforts will raise others up to a higher state through these principles.
