The reason for this would be that I have blocked most of the IP ranges in Nigeria, for example. So as a result of this, they then have to spend more money on VPNs and proxies here in the states. The usual places where these are located are: Atlanta GA, Dallas TX, NYC, Boston MA, Los Angeles CA.
