Great idea, in theory. How many of these went to lower income areas. Not your richie rich kind. How many of these helped all walks of life especially the elderly and those with children? Trailor parks, and mid range income homes?

I really hope the texans get rowdy if biden goes there. All of this, to me is nothing more punishment on texas, for taking a stand against tyranny.
