Here’s a simple do it yourself method of making them.
A roll of duct tape in any color you prefer, a soda straw from any fast food or gas station and some paracord to act as a loop to secure it to your pack or gear.
Placing the straw on the tape, start rolling it, you can place it on a flat surface to keep it Level when rolling onto the straw.
Once you have the desired amount of tape, cut the tape, cut the straw close to the edge and run the paracord through the straw with a pen or pull through with a paper clip.
Tie a knot at the bottom and enough loop left to run your finger through for a clip or carabiner to keep it secured to your gear ready for use.
