Now retired after a long career as a business owner in private sector Emergency Management, with extra specialty expertise in the field of earthquake life safety. Public speaking and development and delivery of customized training, in both substantive content and public speaking, have been a large part of my career. Author of one book and many articles, editor of several books, and an avid reader. Active throughout life in volunteering and leadership in community and business organizations. Currently conducting a grass roots (informal) free food delivery ministry during COVID. I am blessed also to be a mom and grandmother, and to have many friends both locally and across the country.
