They started this storm at 1 to 3 inches of snow a few days ago and now it's up to 15 to 19 inches of snow.

Sounds sorta like how they count votes up in PA.

Your right Jim. Last month we had a storm and they said we'd get up to 24 inches of snow and we ended up with 9.7 inches of snow.
