Wimkin has chosen to file a lawsuit regarding our removals from the app stores. We provided a comprehensive, 43 page plan on how we will remove any calls to violence on this platform and we've seen no violent posts at all. Still, we're banned. The removal of Wimkin must be viewed as vindictive as we have the ability to moderate content even more sophisticated than Facebook and Twitter if we so choose. We don't choose to. We only censor nudity, pornography and any type of posts with a criminal element which falls under EXACTLY what the app stores require.
