Not enough Refineries is one problem add to Old LAWS another problem, the add Federal Taxes another. Importing Diesel adds up to shortage as well. Can't believe the United States Exports DIESEL AS ITSELF IS SHORT. Plus TAX THE SHIT OUT OF DIESEL. WINTER COMING, DIESEL IS HEATING FUEL FOR SOME. WHAT A FUC*ING MESS.
