It occurs to me that while we are stuck with iOS and Android, we aren't necessarily required to have an active Google account to use an Android phone. There are options. Other ways to install apps. Even other browsers. I put it to you that you can download APKPure, and from there you need not ever use Chrome again. That app has many of the other apps you may want to use. Others can be accessed using Brave instead of Chrome.
