Cattle and livestock where sold off due to price of feed due to Drought for years without USDA help or Aid. Well now theirs HIGH FUEL PRICES. No Fuel, no FEED, NO FOOD, LIMITED USE OF REFINERY'S, OPENED. SOME CLOSED. BACK TO IMPORTING FUEL AGAIN FOR THE PRICE. GASOLINE IS PLENTIFUL, BUT DIESEL IS NOT. WHY ?
