It's not entirely what I stated and I would have preferred Uberti added what I said as "crossing the line into crime" instead of just "crossing the line" but all in all, it's not that bad. Jason, this is clearly libel, fraud, etc. We have a cyber libel law firm in Los Angeles, if you have monitary losses and WSJ can't prove said threats, you may have a pretty strong case.
