You can't make this up. Virginia Law made by Democrats allow a KILLER, A MURDER TO ESCAPE THE UNITED STATES. JUST WALK OFF, GRAB A PLANE AND FLY TO FREEDOM. There are some Laws where a Prisoner ESCAPE, the GUARD WHO ALLOWED IT DOSE THE TIME. VIRGINIA WON'T CHANGE THAT LAW AS DEMOCRATS CONTROL IT. HELL give Inmates all Plane Tickets, let them fly to their country of Choice. Cheaper than keeping that NUT House Open.
