Revolutionary Guard controls the Government. Just like the Taliban controls Afghanistan. Bomb all you want. Revolutionary Guard still won't allow Iran to have a Civil Government. Destroy the Revolutionary Guard then deal with the survivors as well. Iran won't change till they're DESTROYED. FACT.
