What I find fascinating is that there's lots of claims of 'false claims', but nobody is listing what specific documents are wrong, nor what the truth actually is.
Jerry Lancto —
Mark Dwyer, Not one single case had ANY evidence presented...they kept denying the ability to present anything because Trump had "no standing". They were dismissed without ruling on the actual merits. Look up "redressability". Please educate yourself on what actually happened because it's not hard to find the truth if you really want to know.
Greg Nelmes —
What “evidence” were they denied from presenting?
To begin a legal action you need to convince a judge there is a case for adjudication by presenting them with evidence. They had none to present.
To date NO ONE has provided any evidence they are confident enough in to go to court with.
NO ONE!

Greg Nelmes, it dropped after the speech you can read it but you won't. They found 250,000 illegals registered to vote in just four states.
Lee Finster —
Greg Nelmes, wrong. Judges deny hearing cases on one of two grounds. Merit and Standing. Merit means, the judge looks at the evidence and decides if there is enough to go to trial. And then there's Standing, where the Judge decides if you have a right to bring the case in the first place. And here's the big difference, if the judge denied a case on the Merits, then the judge looks at the evidence and any presented becomes a part of the public record, whereas, if it's denied on Standing then the judge doesn't look at the evidence and it doesn't become a part of the public record. And they are done in this order, Standing then Merit. So if a Judge denied a case on Standing then the "evidence" is not looked at and is not a part of the record on an appeal

Jerry Lancto comment says that there was no evidence in Trump's cases. Now, Lee Finster's comment says that a judge hearing possible cases has the power to deny the case from going forwards all on if THEY BELIEVE there's no evidence. Not only that, but nothing becomes part of a public record.
